Improve You Workout Review
Having been overweight for the majority of my life, I’ve tried many different things over the years to lose whatever I could. I’ve had some success here and there, but I always put on the weight again pretty quickly. I struggled even more recently after the birth of my daughter. The baby weight I put on really didn’t shift no matter what exercises I did. It turns out I’m not alone as according to recent statistics, 35.7% of people within the United States are classed as obese!
My friend Rachel also fell into this category with me. Well, she would have 3 months ago at least. Every time I saw her within the last few months I noticed how much weight she was losing. She told me that I should try a new system she found online which is the Improve You Workout. I’m usually scared to buy anything online, but as she had recommended it and I could see how well she was doing, I gave it a try.
I was expecting just a guide to stick to and maybe some workouts, so I was pretty surprised to see quite how much you get for your money. Currently it’s on sale for $47. Which I thought wasn’t too bad considering how much I’ve spent in the past on these kind of things.
I’ll give you a bit of an overview for those not familiar with it. You get 6 training DVDs, 12 different guides and a wallchart.
The DVD’s are different exercises for your Abs, Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Back and Legs. So for me, I wanted to focus on my stomach, arms and legs.
The 12 guides give you lots of information on: Cardio routines, stomach exercises, food guide, recipes, 12 week food plan, 12 week training plan, supplement guide, common mistakes to avoid and a few others. I don’t even think I’ve read them all yet.
I’ve so far been using the food plan, ab secrets, training guide and wall chart and I’m very pleased with the results. I’m only 4 weeks in and I’ve managed to drop 13lbs and I can really see improvement in my tummy, arms and legs.
I’ll try and do a full review of the system when I’ve reached my target weight, which is only another 11lbs away. I’m hoping to hit that within the next 5 weeks. I’d definitely recommend it and I’m hoping this review has been helpful for you.
