“Have Them Chase You” Review – how to lose weight in 2 weeks
In my journey experimenting with the “have them chase you” program I experienced some awesome changes in both my body and personal life. When I first started the program I was overweight and did not have a girlfriend. I am writing this review because the program tremendously helped me in those two areas of my life. If you are struggling in either one of these two areas as I was then you should purchase the program.
Let’s start with the cons. Although the “have them chase you” program really changed my life, it will not work at all if you are lazy. You need to take the time out to read the books and follow the program. You need to dedicate 30-60 minutes per day for working out. It is not some short term diet where you lose weight fast. It will be 2 weeks before you see results. The program is really about restructuring your body. As for the guide to getting girls you will need to overcome your fear of rejection or else the suggestions and strategies will not work at all.
Now to the pros. I have done multiple different workouts and read books on getting girls but really did not see lasting or consistent results. This “have them chase you” program is broken down to a science to improve your body and relationships. I could tell there was a lot of time put into writing the book because each strategy is calculated. Whatever your goal is with your body you can get it with this program. Whether that be building muscle mass or burning fat. Tom outlines how to burn fat and/or build muscle in the easiest and fastest way possible. There’s a reason why he won first place in his first bodybuilding show. As for the guide to getting girls what was great was that it taught you how to get inside a girl’s brain. How does she think? Whether you want to sleep with a lot of girls or just have one that is special to you this program will most certainly help.
