The “Roadmap to Freedom” webcast program is a unique, one-of-a-kind tool for abused women wanting to heal and grow. Listening to Kathryn’s weekly webcasts gave me the strength, courage and faith to continue my struggle into freedom. Right from the first webcast Kathryn encouraged me to stay focused on what can be, while having to temporarily live with what is.
The first thing I did when I began this “Roadmap to Freedom” program was listen to the webcast, “Dare to Dream” and read the free e-book “Destruction of Love – A Journey to Freedom“. Kathryn’s e-book helped me realize the abuse was not my fault. I now know that I was not responsible for making my abuser happy.
After listening to the first webcast I realized that setting goals was easier if you take the time to think about your dream life. Walking through life without goals is like running around in a circle wondering why nothing changes. Once I was further through the “Roadmap to Freedom” program I learned to go with the flow in my life by facing my every hurdle. Life is full of ups and downs. You cannot have rainbows without rain. What I now know is everyone faces some sort of struggle in their life. We can crumble and hide from our pain or reach deep within and break out into a new a life.
The healing journey offered through the “Roadmap to Freedom” program is not easy. It took hard work and dedication to become the person I wanted to be. I can now say I wake up every day and smile in the mirror knowing each day brings me new blessings. Kathryn gently walked me through everything from dreaming a new life, setting goals, characteristics of abusive type personalities to understanding unhealthy fear, learning to deal with stress while increasing my self esteem, plus, much, much more.
I highly recommend this “Roadmap to Freedom” program to anyone wanting a better life with a deep yearning for happiness and a desire to heal from the inside out.
