Review Of No More Cravings Quit Smoking Program
Prior to becoming an alternative health practitioner and a Biological Laboratory Technician I was a heavy smoker, so I know what smokers go through at the thought of giving up the addictive habit. Over 30 years as an acupuncturist I have established that no two smokers are the same. Each smoker derives different perceived “benefits” from the habit. As a scientist, I analysed the different reasons that drive smokers to persist in a habit that their own common sense and reason dictates is an expensive and a very dangerous health practice. By intimately questioning smokers, I determined that there are 13 different “triggers” that drive smokers to continue smoking. I developed a 39 question questionnaire that determines their triggers. Knowing your enemy allows you to be more victorious at fighting your addiction enemy. As most smokers do NOT even know their “triggers”, how can they possibly quit effectively? For each of the 13 “triggers” that drive smokers to light up, I have a Chapter in the book dedicated to managing that “trigger”. How easy and user-friendly is that?
I have spent a large amount of time reviewing the complex psychology of smoking and included this enlightening and empowering information in the book. The problem is that smokers have slowly been brainwashed to believe that each cigarette that they smoke is their close associate, their best friend, their personal ally that is at their beck and call 24/7. Smokers believe this “friend” cheers them up when they are sad, stimulates them when they are bored, relieves their stress and depression, helps them to wake up and get started. Come on! Non smokers manage all of these situations without a nicotine fix, and so did the smoker by themself, before they were brainwashed into thinking each cigarette had “magical” properties. My analysis confirms that the third main reason that smokers put off quitting is the “fear of failure to quit”, thanks to the cravings. I discuss all of these issues and many more. The craving component of quitting smoking is the major reason that would-be quitters find quitting so traumatic. Enter the scientist!! Over 30 years of research, I have come across 7 different substances that massively reduce nicotine cravings, for four completely different biochemical reasons. Nobody else even discusses these powerful helpers. I discuss these craving-reduction substances in detail. Four of them are very common and inexpensive.
Why is the information in my book so different and unique to all the others out there? What does the book No More Cravings Quit Smoking Program offer all smokers?
- The questionnaire determines each smoker’s personal “triggers”.
- A personal Management Plan for each “trigger” is included.

- Knowing about, and using the craving-reduction substances makes quitting massively less traumatic than you ever thought possible.
