That line–you’re only as good as your tools–stuck with me. And this is true of losing weight as well. You need the proper tools to lose weight.
In the case of losing weight, and restoring health, the tools are the steps you take, the planyou follow, to get to your goal–weight loss.
Do you really want to lose weight? If so, you must follow these steps. Like anything elsein life, if you want to accomplish something, you must follow a plan of action. Consider this book your plan of action.
