School Manager is a software intended to Schools covering 4 key aspects of School Management.
1) Student information management
2) Fee Accounts Management
3) Examination / Result making and management
4)Conveyance Management and accounts

Student Information management not only keeps record of students studying in schools but those who have left also.You can add, update, remove and view records in various different ways like classwise, admission wise, etc. In each session a unique class no. is made and alloted to students. Each year a student has new class no. Class no indicates class, section and session.

Fee accounts has key features like Fee-schedule (monthly basis based on Class_no) , Fee-chart (’ie’ fee-schedule of each student ), fee-table( which tells how much fee is to be taken during a particular month), Fee-Receipt (keeps a record of receipt generated during fee payment) and Fee-Accounts( keeps the accounts of individual student) and Daily-Accounts ( Keep track of all payment received whether in fee or conveyance ). Using Insert All Fee you can Enter fee into all student accounts by a single click. Similarly a payment made in Conveyance Accounts also gets entry in daily accounts. Balance sheet ( Fee dues or Balance of each student ) is generated by clicking on by clicking on Total Balance report for which you can take printout. When fee is paid, entry is made in fee-receipt and Daily-Accounts. You can also issue fee-slip( printed ) to individual student having fee-dues.

Examination Management includes:
(i) Class-Subject-> Class no wise subject list for which any exam is to be taken.
(ii) Roll-Allot -> A unique Roll no is alloted to each and every student before a session and remains same for all the exam during the session/ year.
(iii)Exam Schedule-> Before any exam is made which allots unique Exam-No to all classes before an exam, it has result date and passing percent. You can make exam-schedule for single class or all existing classes of the school.
(iv) Exam Subject-> Each exam can have different subjects and with different Maximum Marks, so in exam-subject we define the subjects with Maximum and passing Marks.
(v) Results_> All marks is to be entered here class-wise. You can enter marks of all subjects of a class at one time within few minutes in which total, percent, rank is generated automatically. You can have Marksheet Printed of individual student or a class together.
(vi) UP to Half Yearly Result-> It generates a Half-Yearly marksheet automatically according to marks entered in results. You can have marks-sheet printout and Result-sheet of the class.
(vii) Final Result -> It is also generated automatically after all exam marks is entered in Results.
(viii) Supplementary Result-> Here you have to enter marks of those who fail in final exam and gets a second chance to appear.

Conveyance Management includes Conveyance-info which keeps track of student using Conveyance facility with Conveyance no and Conveyance fee.( Exam Information ) and also Conveyance Accounts keeping accounts of the conveyance fee of students utilising Conveyance/ transport facility of the school.

Apart from all the above it has School-Setup where you can Edit School’s information like name, address, telephone, etc and User Management where user with Permission(Yes) can add alter delete ay record and user with Permission(No) can only view the records. You can add user, change password and remove a user.
