eBook Review Of “Gym Workouts – Maps to Success”
The success of this Gym Workouts book is that it gets straight to the point. I have read many training books over the years that say a lot (many, many pages), without actually stating much at all. Or, they are "I train like this, you should train like this". This gym workouts book is not like that at all. I have really enjoyed flicking through the pages of this weight training gym workouts book and am eager for my next gym session, having just completed my first week of workouts – it was awesome! Already, I have started mapping out my entire year of training :). More like a reference manual, the Gym Workouts Maps to Success e-book provides easy to use (and follow) maps and gym workout routines. I am what I would consider as being on the intermediate spectrum of the strength training end and the gym workouts here (& beyond) are superb – just packed full of different workouts and exercises I have never considered before, and they work! Something else very good about the book are the many article pages. The articles are not in-depth, but provide all the information you wanted to know and are explained in a way you can understand. I highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in weight training.
