I downloaded the iphone ringtone maker and the iphone tranfer software from the imtoo website and paid for it. Had problem with the ringtone maker and they fixed it. But the iphone transfer does not work with the iphone 3.1 software on a MAC. I have sent them numerous emails and they just keep asking me for the version of iphone I have. here is what they said.
Our technicians are working on the problem now, so the update won’t be too long. Would you please wait for a few days? We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
I have asked for a credit 3 times no response to that question.
I would not buy and products from this company.
