This is great, but do they have something similar for those who have Windows and not Mac?

I just purchased this yesterday, and the first conversion I did was fine.. just a crop ratio error on my part as I was getting used to the software. I went back in to re-size and now I’m having output quality errors! When I click on “start” the preview image is moving so fast that it’s ruining the conversion quality. This company has NO Tech Support! No phone number, message board or anything.You have to rely on e-mail response,in which I received this message:
