EasyService Help Desk – simple system for registration and watching requests from users in network.
Let’s suppose that user of the local network has some problems or questions which he is going to send to IT-staff or to administrator. By means of program-client he creates request, which goes to the server.
Chief administrator/dispatcher receives notification about received request and examines it. He can appoint performer and redirect request to him. Performer in his turn receives notification about it. Administrator can delete notifications, send it to performers or change status, and performer just can change status.
User who sent request, has opportunity to look through changing of request status, which has information about date of the execution of request, about performer, answer to the question or prepared solutions (file attachments).
There are four types of license possible in the program.
